What paper do you use to produce Fine Art Print(s)?
⟡ Each fine art print(s) was made using 100% cotton rag paper. The art paper is acid-free, which will slow the ageing process and deterioration of colour while adding years of life to the fine art print(s). The art paper is cold-pressed, 300gsm thick, with a velvety texture that provides the art print(s) with an authentic and vibrant artwork appearance.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
You’ll receive a shipment notification email with tracking information immediately when your order ships (the email might end up in your junk/spam mail folder sometimes), please keep track of the package and be present on the delivery date, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced packages.
***Our international shipping fees do not include the destination country’s duty, tax or customs fees, kindly note that international customers might be required to pay import taxes/customs fees imposed by the destination country at delivery. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country, and the customers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply.
⟡ DOMESTIC ORDERS
Please allow 4~6 business days of production & packing time, and we ship out orders every once a week. Once shipped, most domestic orders will arrive in 3~4 business days (WEST MALAYSIA) and 4~8 business days (EAST MALAYSIA)
⟡ INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Please allow 4~6 business days of production & packing time, International orders may take 10~18 business days to deliver from Malaysia. However, actual delivery times will vary depending on your location and your country's customs regulations.
⟡ RETURNED ORDERS
If the package is returned to us by the delivery courier, you are responsible for sending us an email to apply for a second shipment option. An international shipping fee of USD$10 will be charged for the shipment. Once the shipping fee is paid, we will immediately arrange a second shipment for your order and you’ll receive the new tracking information when your order ships.
⟡ Shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Please understand that we are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses and delivery failures, the customers are responsible for making sure the address is correct before placing the order and being present on the delivery date, as we will not refund shipping fees for insufficient shipping addresses or returned shipments.
Return and Exchange Policy
⟡ All sold items are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE / RETURNABLE.
Exceptions are if a customer receives damaged goods and/or receives an incorrect item from us. Please send us an email with proof using the contact form for a replacement or refund of the item you ordered.
