Due to the limited and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Please review all product descriptions and details carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions about an item, feel free to contact us before purchasing.
⟡ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include clear photos of:
• the damaged item
• the packaging
• the shipping label
This allows us to review the issue and file a shipping claim with the courier if necessary. After review, we will arrange a replacement or provide an appropriate solution.
Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or compensation.
⟡ Original Artwork
All original artworks are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered, unless the item arrives damaged during transit.
Each artwork is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.
⟡ Refunds
Refunds may only be issued in the following situations:
• the item was damaged during shipping
• the wrong item was sent
Shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable.
⟡ Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the courier.
If you experience delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
⟡ Commission Artwork (if applicable)
For custom or commission artworks, all sales are final and non-refundable once work has begun.
Commission timelines and details will be agreed upon prior to starting the project.
