Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see the email.
Customers are responsible for tracking their packages and being available to receive the delivery. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages once the order has been marked as delivered by the courier.
Please note that international shipping fees do not include customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.
⟡ DOMESTIC ORDERS (MALAYSIA)
Please allow 2~3 business days for order processing and packaging. Orders are shipped once per week.
Estimated delivery time after shipment:
• West Malaysia: 3~4 business days
• East Malaysia: 4~7 business days
⟡ INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Please allow 2~3 business days for order processing and packaging.
International orders are shipped via DHL Express and typically arrive within 3~5 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs clearance.
⟡ RETURNED ORDERS
If a package is returned to us by the courier due to delivery failure, customers may request a second shipment by contacting us via email.
A USD $18 international shipping fee will be required for reshipping. Once the fee is paid, we will arrange the shipment and provide a new tracking number.
⟡ Shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses, delivery failures, or returned shipments due to insufficient address information.
⟡ Original Artwork Shipping
All original artworks are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.
In the rare event that an artwork arrives damaged during transit, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:
• the damaged artwork
• the packaging
• the shipping label
This allows us to review the case and file a shipping claim with the courier if necessary.
Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or compensation, subject to review.
